Mushroom soup

It is a great way to start a meal

Food Recipes Ingredients: 500 grams mushrooms, one chopped onion, 900 ml vegetable stock, one tbsp corn flour, half tsp white pepper powder, salt, quarter cup cream, two tbsp butter.

Method: Puree the mushrooms in a mixer, keep some sliced ones aside. Melt butter in a pan, add chopped onions and saute. Add the pureed mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes. Add stock and keep on low flame for 20 minutes. Mix the corn flour with half cup water, pour into the soup and cook for another couple of minutes. Mix cream before serving, garnish with the sliced mushrooms.
