Rice pakora and daal pakora

Are you bored of the same onion, potato and bread pakoras as tea time snacks? Food Recipes Then, here are some fresh options that you can add to your tea time menu and satiate your taste buds. The best part is that they are easy to make and can be quickly done.

Rice Pakora

Ingredients: one cup of boiled rice Three to four spoons of besan two big spoons of curd Ginger finely chopped One or two green chillies finely chopped coriander leaves chopped pinch of heeng Salt as per taste Oil for frying

Method: Mash rice coarsely and mix all the ingredients . Make balls and fry them when half cooked take them out from kadai , press the pakoras gently and fry them again till they become crisp. Serve them hot with sauce or chutney.

Channa and moong dal pakoras

Ingredients: One cup moong dal Half cup channa dal Ginger garlic paste one spoon green chilly paste as per taste coriander leaves salt as per taste oil for deep frying

Method: Soak both the dals together for two hours Grind it coarsely . Put three spoons of hot oil and mix it well. Fry like pakoras till they become golden brown . Serve hot with green chilli and coriander chutney.
